and Stepping On Presentation

Regan Kohler, certified Stepping On workshop leader, will explain the Stepping On Workshop series, designed to prevent and reduce the
risk of falls and to educate participants in order to maintain active lifestyles. Full workshops will be available Spring 2019 and this
session will provide an overview of the series, which is interactive and participatory and also provide basic information about fall prevention.

Coffee Social begins at 10 a.m. with Regan's presentation starting at 10:30 a.m.
