Join us as we dive into the world of tea making with Yuliya Welk.
We will learn how green and black teas are made, and will make herbal fireweed fermented tea, using our locally growing wild plant.
We will discuss all the health benefits of drinking fireweed tea and brew a pot to taste during class using the old Russian wood burning tea pot.
If you are a tea lover, come, your senses will be delighted!
