Tai chi and Chi Gong are a series of centuries old movements and postures developed in China. Tai Chi has been described as meditation in movement.
These simple exercises are designed to develop grace, balance, and all over health by moving through postures in union with nature.
The class is for beginners and everyone is welcome to come and participate. Only $6 per person.
